Comments:
Habit: An open growing shrub to 3m. The branchlets are scaly and often bristly.
Foliage: Oblanceolate leaves with a dark green upper surface and often bristly margins. The underside is pale green and has a covering of scales.
Flowers: White funnel-shaped flowers appear in loose trusses. Occasionally a yellow blotch can be seen in the throat.
Additional notes: This particular species is from the iteophyllum group,the leaves being thinner than other formosum var formosum species. Iteophyllum means willow-leaved.
