Comments: Habit: Forms a large, broad shrub with grey-brown bark.
Foliage: Leaves are coriaceous (leathery) 10-17 cm long by 2-3cm wide and oblanceolate in shape with a recurved margin. The lower surface is greenish-white.
Flowers: The flowers appear on a long rachis (2-6cm) in a truss of 8-10. They are openly campanulate in shape, and appear pink to rosy-red. The ovary is densely glandular as are the stamens.
