Foliage: Elliptic to oblong-obovate leaves with hairy margins, 2-10cm long by 1.3-3cm wide. The upper surface is bright green, with both upper and lower surfaces sparsley hairy.
Flowers: 6-12 fragrant pinkish-purple flowers with white to light pink lobes open before or with the appearance of the first leaves.
