Comments: Habit: Thick-stemmed shrub or small tree.
Foliage: Distinctive bronze-green foliage.The leaves are densely covered with dark brown scales initially but only on the underside later on in development.
Flowers: This species has bell-shaped flowers, often arranged in clusters of 5-10 and coloured bright orange with orange scaly stalks attaching them to the main stems. It is known to repeatedly flower when the conditions are right.
