Comments: Habit: Compact shrub.
Foliage: Lanceolate dark green leaves, dense glandular hairs below and red hairs on petioles.
Flowers: Large open funnel flowers, 3-4 per umbel, bright yellow flare in throat, brown anthers, scented. October flowering.
History: Old UK hybrid from before 1882, probably bred under glass near Glasgow.
Additional notes: Not readily available in New Zealand.
