Comments: Habit: Vigorous large growing shrub to 5m.
Foliage: Bold dark green leaves.
Flowers: Tall umbels, pink buds open white with pink flush, scented. November flowering.
History: Little known Lionel de Rothschild hybrid, Exbury and not recorded in the 'Rothschild Rhododendron' book.
Additional information: Available in New Zealand.
