Foliage: Light green recurved foliage.
Flowers: Tall umbels of light pink, opening white with green throat, 13 broad funnels. Scented creamy-white flowers in October-November.
History: Joe Gable hybrid, USA listed under two names - County of York and Catalode.
Cultivation information: A robust plant, tolerant of warmer and colder climates. Available from rhododendron nurseries in New Zealand.
