Comments: Habit: Fairly vigorous shrub up to 4m high but often open and straggly.
Foliage: Elliptic leaves, shiny green, sometimes bullate, sparse scales early on.
Flowers: 5-12 per umbel horizontal to rounded, light yellow to orange. Ovary entirely glabrous.
Further information: Like ssp. brookeanum but with glabrous ovary.
