Life form: Tree - evergreen
Comments: Habit: Tree 3 -7m, occasionally taller.
Foliage: Large green leaves with a rufus-brown, thick indumentum.
Flowers: Variable colour range. Cream flushed pink or yellow fading out to off-white as the truss ages. Red eye at the base of the corolla.
Bark: Appears pink to a rich cinnamon brown.
