Rhododendron 'Beauty of Littleworth'

Family: Ericaceae (Heath)
Comments: Habit: Tall spreading shrub, 3m x 4m.
Flowers: Tall, full umbels of 13-18 flowers from bright pink buds, opening white with pink margins and well spotted purplish red. Pink fades to white as the flowers ages. Funnel campanulate. Flowers Oct-Nov. UK.
History: Hybridised by Alice Mangles in late 1800's and introduced by J.H.Mangles in 1904.
